The User (Client) has the right to:

• Receive services according to contractual specifications.
• Confidentiality of data and research results.
• Cancel a training according to the communicated cancellation policy.

The User (Client) is obliged to:

• Provide accurate and necessary information for the provision of services.
• Pay fees by the established deadlines.
• Respect the intellectual property rights on materials provided by UserXLab.

UserXLab is obliged to:

• Provide services professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
• Protect the client's confidential data.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". UserXLab assumes no liability for:

• Business losses, revenue, or data resulting from the use of the services.
• Specific financial conversion results obtained by the client, as these depend on numerous external factors.
• Any interruption or temporary unavailability of services due to technical reasons.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

All fees are communicated in advance and invoiced according to the agreement. Payments for training programs are due before the program begins. Refunds are possible according to the written policy communicated at the time of contract conclusion and are subject to administrative fees.

5. Termination of Use

UserXLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately, without prior notice, if the user violates these Terms. The client may terminate the use of services at the end of the contractual period, according to established procedures.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
